All staff functions outside normal business hours, Monday - Friday will incur a labour charge of $27.50 per hour per staff member.

All Saturday functions will incur a labour charge of $40.00 per hour per staff member.

All Sunday functions will incur a labour charge of $45.00 per hour per staff member.

All Public Holiday functions will incur a labour charge of $65.00 per hour per staff member.

ALL CATERING ORDERS MUCH BE RECEIVED BY MIDDAY OF THE DAY BEFORE THE EVENT. ANY ORDERS AFTER THIS TIME ARE NOT DELIVERED TO ADMINISTRATION, THIS MEANS YOU MAY NOT RECEIVE YOUR ORDER
